Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (US)

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Free standard shipping on orders over $[threshold]

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location (typically 10–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Delays We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or customs processing times. Once an order ships, tracking updates are the responsibility of the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 5 days at team@justtrendyessentials@gami.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
